Happy April fools! We don’t actually own any autoparts. Nevertheless, we created this little fun project inspired by 80’s cartoons to announce our very own Autoparts stores across the country. Maybe we could sell stardust oil for a super power up for your car. Would you buy it?

Anyway, let’s talk a little bit about the video.

We started developing the story outline along with the character design. Each character was given their own unique abilities and personalities, reflected through their design and animation. And since we took inspiration from the 80’s cartoons, the animation was really exaggerated and full of energy.

This fun experiment allowed us to improve our animation skills and character design, as well as the storytelling of small videos.
